Choose a Campaign Mode with a story written by the award-winning Rhianna Pratchett and uncover the twisted secrets of the medical facility. 

Create new scenarios

Enter the Creation Mode and let your creative side take charge. Build new levels in space stations and bowling alleys, and perform surgeries, from head transplants to leg amputations. Create new levels with friends using various tools, props, textures, and building materials. Share your creations with the Surgeon Simulator community and try out the levels and challenges shared by other players.
